The Paul J. Tsang Foundation will award grants from a fund established by the family and friends of Paul J. Tsang. The fund will be augmented by the net proceeds of an annual benefit concert, specifically programmed for young people and performed in memory of Paul Tsang. These funds are invested in securities and grants are awarded from the annual growth of the fund.
